1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Fastrax AI platform and website (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Subscriptions & Pricing
Fastrax AI is offered on monthly subscription plans. Plan prices and inclusions are described on our pricing page and are subject to change with notice. Custom plans are quoted individually. Pricing shown is in U.S. dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes.
3. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. We may suspend the Service for non-payment.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. You may export your data prior to cancellation.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastrax AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Fastrax AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
